Per este motiu, les Cartes de Servicis es dirigixen als usuaris dels servicis.<\/p>\n<h6>Quins s\u00f3n els objectius de les cartes de servicis?<\/h6>\n<p>La finalitat de la Carta de Servicis \u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acostar l\u2019Ajuntament a la ciutadania.<\/li>\n<li>Informar la ciutadania sobre els servicis prestats per l\u2019Ajuntament.<\/li>\n<li>Expressar l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de l\u2019Ajuntament per la millora dels servicis municipals.<\/li>\n<li>Establir un nivell adequat de qualitat dels servicis i controlar-ne el manteniment.<\/li>\n<li>Possibilitar que la ciutadania opine sobre el funcionament dels servicis municipals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Quins s\u00f3n els continguts de les cartes de servicis?<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>El nom i les comeses de la Unitat, Servici o Regidoria que l\u2019emet.<\/li>\n<li>Els servicis prestats per eixa Unitat, Servici o Regidoria.<\/li>\n<li>Els compromisos de qualitat assumits.<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3 sobre la forma de participaci\u00f3 dels usuaris.<\/li>\n<li>Adreces i tel\u00e8fons de la unitat.<\/li>\n<li>Horari.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Cartes de Servicis disponibles a l\u2019Ajuntament d\u2019Elx<\/h6>\n<p>En esta secci\u00f3 aniran apareixent les Cartes de Servicis de les diferents \u00c0rees municipals a mesura que entren en vigor:[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1781194793963{margin-top: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_btn title=&#8221;Drets Socials&#8221;
