Existeixen dues modalitats:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pensi\u00f3 no contributiva de jubilaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Pensi\u00f3 no contributiva d&#8217;invalidesa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>COM TRAMITAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De manera presencial i telem\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n lo puede pedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Jubilaci\u00f3: Tindre seixanta-cinc o m\u00e9s anys. Residir en territori espanyol i haver-ho fet durant un per\u00edode de deu anys, en el per\u00edode entre la data de compliment dels setze anys i la de meritaci\u00f3 de la pensi\u00f3, dels quals dos han de ser consecutius i immediatament anteriors a la data de la sol\u00b7licitud. I mancar d&#8217;ingressos suficients.<\/p>\n<p>2.Invalidesa: Tindre d\u00edhuit o m\u00e9s anys i menys de seixanta-cinc. Residir en territori espanyol i haver-ho fet durant un per\u00edode de cinc anys, dels quals dos han de ser consecutius i immediatament anteriors a la data de la sol\u00b7licitud. Grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 65%.
