Esta situaci\u00f3 pot afectar greument la salut mental, emocional i f\u00edsica de les persones majors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El programa, impulsat per l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Elx<\/strong>, oferix suport i <strong>acompanyament personalitzat a majors de 70 anys<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;itineraris individuals dissenyats segons la situaci\u00f3 de cada persona. <strong>Inclou tant activitats comunit\u00e0ries i rutes grupals per a fomentar la integraci\u00f3 ve\u00efnal <\/strong>com acompanyament en el domicili mitjan\u00e7ant visites, telefonades o dispositius tecnol\u00f2gics amb assistent de veu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els objectius generals s\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Revertir la soledat i l&#8217;a\u00efllament social.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar el benestar emocional i la salut mental.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure l&#8217;autonomia personal i la participaci\u00f3 social.<\/li>\n<li>Enfortir els vincles amb la comunitat i l&#8217;entorn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;349879&#8243;
