{"id":310324,"date":"2024-09-10T14:36:06","date_gmt":"2024-09-10T12:36:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elche.es\/2024\/09\/lajuntament-treballa-en-la-regularitzacio-dels-contractes-per-a-garantir-una-gestio-transparent\/"},"modified":"2024-09-10T14:36:07","modified_gmt":"2024-09-10T12:36:07","slug":"lajuntament-treballa-en-la-regularitzacio-dels-contractes-per-a-garantir-una-gestio-transparent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elche.es\/va\/2024\/09\/lajuntament-treballa-en-la-regularitzacio-dels-contractes-per-a-garantir-una-gestio-transparent\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;Ajuntament treballa en la regularitzaci\u00f3 dels contractes per a garantir una gesti\u00f3 transparent"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row el_id=&#8221;SUBTITULAR_NOTICIA&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Segons el regidor de Serveis P\u00fablics, Claudio Guilabert, es pret\u00e9n donar seguretat jur\u00eddica a t\u00e8cnics i representants pol\u00edtics davant la forma de conducta en l&#8217;anterior legislatura<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=&#8221;TEXTO_FIN_NOTICIA&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>El regidor de Serveis P\u00fablics, Claudio Guilabert<\/strong>, ha assenyalat que l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Elx treballa en la regularitzaci\u00f3 dels contractes per a \u201cdonar seguretat jur\u00eddica a t\u00e8cnics i representants pol\u00edtics davant la forma de conducta de l&#8217;anterior govern municipal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Segons Guilabert, \u201chem passats de contractes menors a supersimplificats, licitacions p\u00fabliques de lliure concurr\u00e8ncia perqu\u00e8 tot siga correcte, impol\u00b7lut i transparent.<strong> El nombre de factures i contractes menors s&#8217;han redu\u00eft respecte a l&#8217;\u00e8poca anterior<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentit ha apuntat que des del govern municipal \u201c<strong>estem regularitzant les factures a trav\u00e9s de licitacions<\/strong>, com \u00e9s el cas de plantes, arbratge, publicitat o compra i subministrament de materials per a la via p\u00fablica que l&#8217;anterior govern no treia a concurs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El regidor ha indicat que este govern \u201cha vingut a canviar les coses i a gestionar b\u00e9\u201d.
