La Generalitat ha em\u00e9s l’avaluaci\u00f3 ambiental favorable a les modificacions del Pla General que proposava l’Ajuntament d’Elx<\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=”TEXTO_NOTICIA”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]La Generalitat Valenciana ha em\u00e9s l’informe ambiental favorable a la modificaci\u00f3 puntual del Pla General d’Ordenaci\u00f3 Urbana (PGOU)<\/strong>, proposta per l’Ajuntament d’Elx, amb l’objectiu de crear una regulaci\u00f3 sobre la implantaci\u00f3 d’instal\u00b7lacions d’energia fotovoltaica en s\u00f2l no urbanitzable del terme municipal, una regulaci\u00f3 que hui dia no existix.<\/p>\n

Es tracta d’un informe previ a la regulaci\u00f3 definitiva per a la tramitaci\u00f3 d’esta mena d’instal\u00b7lacions en zones rurals del municipi d’Elx, per\u00f2 amb mesures i condicionants que protegixen l’entorn, el territori, el patrimoni il\u00b7licit\u00e0 i la biodiversitat<\/strong>. Una regulaci\u00f3 que no afectar\u00e0 les instal\u00b7lacions d’energia renovable destinades a l’autoconsum.<\/p>\n

En este sentit, les plantes fotovoltaiques no podran situar-se en s\u00f2ls no urbanitzables d’especial protecci\u00f3<\/strong> entre els quals entren zones del litoral, muntanyes i \u00e0rees forestals, jaciments arqueol\u00f2gics i zones humides com a llits o barrancs.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=”DESTACADO_NOTICIA”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”cuadronoticia”]<\/p>\n

Un primer pas que regular\u00e0 eixe tipus d’instal\u00b7lacions que nom\u00e9s podran situar-se en s\u00f2ls no urbanitzables comuns i sempre respectant l’entorn, el patrimoni i la biodiversitat<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=”TEXTO_FIN_NOTICIA”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Aix\u00ed mateix, la modificaci\u00f3 proposada preveu prohibir estes instal\u00b7lacions en s\u00f2ls no urbanitzables comuns com a saladars i canyissars<\/strong>, zones potencialment inundables, horts de palmeres disseminades o \u00e0rees de protecci\u00f3 de sistemes.<\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s, no podran situar-se en les zones classificades com a s\u00f2l no urbanitzable pel Pla d’Ordenaci\u00f3 dels Recursos Naturals (PORN) del Sistema de Zones Humides del Sud d’Alacant; en les zones classificades com a s\u00f2l urbanitzable protegit pel Pla d’Acci\u00f3 Territorial de la Infraestructura Verda Litoral de la Comunitat Valenciana (PATIVEL)<\/strong> i en l’\u00e0rea subjecta a estudi per al desenvolupament de Porta d\u2019Elx.<\/p>\n

On si podran implantar-se panells solars ser\u00e0 en s\u00f2ls no urbanitzables comuns sempre que respecten les condicions d’edificaci\u00f3 mediambiental i paisatg\u00edstica<\/strong> establides com la dist\u00e0ncia m\u00ednima a vivendes, parcel\u00b7les, llits i patrimoni cultural; les mesures mediambientals relatives a la fauna i la flora i el requeriment d’integraci\u00f3 paisatg\u00edstica.<\/p>\n
