{"id":49885,"date":"2018-02-16T06:45:35","date_gmt":"2018-02-16T05:45:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.elche.es\/va\/2018\/02\/inspecciones-y-control-de-menores-en-salones-de-juego-y-apuesta\/"},"modified":"2018-02-16T10:16:18","modified_gmt":"2018-02-16T09:16:18","slug":"inspecciones-y-control-de-menores-en-salones-de-juego-y-apuesta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elche.es\/va\/2018\/02\/inspecciones-y-control-de-menores-en-salones-de-juego-y-apuesta\/","title":{"rendered":"Inspeccions i control de menors en salons de joc i aposta"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><b><\/b><strong><b>La campanya s&#8217;ha portat a terme en diversos establiments tant del nucli urb\u00e0 com en pedanies.<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>En un d&#8217;ells es van trobar tres menors d&#8217;edat apostant i portant estupefaents.<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En les \u00faltimes setmanes, les unitats territorials, en coordinaci\u00f3 amb la Unitat d&#8217;Establiments i Activitats, han dut a terme una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;inspeccions en els salons de joc i apostes de la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Davant l&#8217;inter\u00e8s ciutad\u00e0 transm\u00e8s a les patrulles, aquestes van iniciar els controls d&#8217;activitat oportuns en diversos punts del terme municipal, i van detectar fins ara xicotetes infraccions administratives i alguna de major entitat relacionada amb l&#8217;expedici\u00f3 de tabacs. En dos dels locals no existia un m\u00e8tode de control remot per al subministrament de tabac, requisit imprescindible, i es remet informe al Comissionat per al Mercat de Tabacs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El cas m\u00e9s notable es va produir quan una\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">UTE<\/span>\u00a0va detectar en un negoci de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Carr\u00fas<\/span>\u00a0tres menors fent \u00fas de les instal\u00b7lacions, portant a m\u00e9s\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">subst\u00e0ncies<\/span>\u00a0estupefaents.
