Valoraci\u00f3 desenvolupament SICTED en la Destinaci\u00f3 Elx\/Elx<\/strong><\/p>\n

EL SICTED<\/strong><\/p>\n

El Sistema Integral de Qualitat Tur\u00edstica en Destinaci\u00f3<\/strong> (SICTED) est\u00e0 promogut per l’Institut de Turisme d’Espanya (TURESPA\u00d1A) i la Federaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Municipis i Prov\u00edncies (FEMP).<\/p>\n

Turisme Comunitat Valenciana<\/em><\/strong> coordina aquest projecte a la Comunitat Valenciana, amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la Cambra de Comer\u00e7 d’Alacant, entitat que presta els serveis d’assist\u00e8ncia t\u00e8cnica, i t\u00e9 com a objectiu la implantaci\u00f3 d’un nivell de qualitat homogeni en els serveis oferits dins d’una mateixa localitat, tant aquells pr\u00f2piament tur\u00edstics com aquells que no ho s\u00f3n per\u00f2 que influeixen directament en l’experi\u00e8ncia del turisme en destinaci\u00f3, i certificar-lo mitjan\u00e7ant un distintiu de reconeixement. Aquest m\u00e8tode de gesti\u00f3 est\u00e0 basat en la millora cont\u00ednua i t\u00e9 com a finalitat \u00faltima la satisfacci\u00f3 del client.<\/p>\n

EL SICTED\u00a0A ESPANYA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Actualment a Espanya hi ha 190<\/strong> destinacions SICTED, amb un total de 5.595<\/strong> empreses\/serveis distingits.<\/p>\n

EL SICTED A LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA<\/strong><\/p>\n

En clau auton\u00f2mica, a la C. Valenciana hi ha 28<\/strong> destinacions SICTED.<\/p>\n

Prov\u00edncia d’Alacant: 12 destinacions (Elx<\/strong>, Alcoi, Alacant, Altea, Benidorm, Biar, D\u00e9nia, Finestrat, Guardamar del Segura, Oriola, Torrevella, Villena).<\/p>\n

Prov\u00edncia de Castell\u00f3: 9 destinacions.<\/p>\n

Prov\u00edncia de Val\u00e8ncia: 7 destinacions.<\/p>\n

ELX DEST\u00cd SICTED<\/strong><\/p>\n

La nostra ciutat es va adherir al SICTED a l’abril del 2012, i va subscriure aix\u00ed el protocol d’adhesi\u00f3 per a destinacions corresponent. Visitelche \u00e9s l’organisme responsable de la gesti\u00f3 del SICTED a la ciutat.<\/p>\n

La Mesa de Qualitat Tur\u00edstica d’Elx es va crear el 25 de setembre de 2012. Es tracta de l’\u00f2rgan col\u00b7legiat de l’ens gestor integrat per representants dels sectors p\u00fablic i privat participants.<\/p>\n

Elx suma 46<\/strong> empreses\/serveis distingits<\/strong> repartits en 16 <\/strong>dels sectors\/oficis<\/strong> que estan inclosos en SICTED.<\/p>\n

Entre les empreses\/serveis distingits es troben les 4 oficines de turisme (Tourist Info) del terme municipal, el Centre de Visitants, 5 platges, el Centre de Congressos Ciutat d\u2019Elx, restaurants i cafeteries, museus i centres d’inter\u00e9s visitable, empreses de transport tur\u00edstic, empreses de turisme actiu, empreses d’allotjament, 1 celler, comer\u00e7os, taxis i OPC\u2019s.<\/p>\n

De les 46 empreses\/serveis distingits a la ciutat, 36 van renovar distinci\u00f3 en l’\u00faltim Comit\u00e9 de Distinci\u00f3 celebrat al desembre de 2018. L’acte de lliurament de la renovaci\u00f3 d’aquests distintius i diplomes del Projecte SICTED tindr\u00e0 lloc el dimarts 19 de febrer a les 09.30 en el Centre de Congressos \u201cCiutat d\u2019Elx\u201d i ser\u00e0 presidit pel director general de Turisme Comunitat Valenciana,<\/em>\u00a0sr. Josep Gisbert, i la regidora de Representaci\u00f3 Institucional, Turisme i Platges, sra. Mireia Moll\u00e0, de l\u2019Ajuntament d\u2019Elx.<\/p>\n
