{"id":95143,"date":"2019-06-27T07:19:47","date_gmt":"2019-06-27T06:19:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.elche.es\/va\/?p=95143"},"modified":"2019-06-27T07:19:47","modified_gmt":"2019-06-27T06:19:47","slug":"identificat-lautor-de-pintades-al-parc-municipal-i-edificis-municipals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elche.es\/va\/2019\/06\/identificat-lautor-de-pintades-al-parc-municipal-i-edificis-municipals\/","title":{"rendered":"Identificat l&#8217;autor de pintades al Parc Municipal i edificis municipals"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>El jove va realitzar diverses signatures i pintades en elements fixos durant l&#8217;\u00faltim trimestre de 2018 amb repercussi\u00f3 en xarxes socials<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Els danys, valorats en quasi 1.500 \u20ac, es van realitzar en gran quantitat de llocs, com a fa\u00e7anes de col\u00b7legis o el templet del Parc Municipal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El dia 25 de juny, el Grup Segon de Patrimoni de la Comissaria Local va comunicar la <strong>detenci\u00f3 d&#8217;un jove<\/strong> identificat per la unitat <strong>UMA<\/strong> (Urbanitat i Medi Ambient) de Policia Local despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un llarg seguiment.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;implicat havia realitzat <strong>signatures i pintades en diversos elements fixos<\/strong> durant l&#8217;\u00faltim trimestre de 2018, i havia generat malestar en xarxes socials per gran part de la ciutadania <strong>en afectar llocs emblem\u00e0tics com el Parc Municipal o el seu templet de m\u00fasica<\/strong>. Els agents van iniciar entorn del mes d&#8217;octubre les primeres indagacions i van recopilar la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria, la qual cosa va donar lloc a un <strong>detallat seguiment de totes les accions vand\u00e0liques.<\/strong> La secci\u00f3 de <strong>Graf\u00edstica i Vandalisme va elaborar un llistat<\/strong> que abastava tamb\u00e9 fa\u00e7anes de col\u00b7legis, murs en el vessant del riu, persianes, senyals i<strong> mobiliari urb\u00e0<\/strong>, com a jardineres o fins i tot arbres.<\/p>\n<p>Com \u00e9s habitual en la <strong>col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre Policia Local i Policia Nacional<\/strong>, a la finalitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;informe pericial i d&#8217;identificaci\u00f3 del presumpte autor, el jove va ser citat a declarar fa escassos dies per un <strong>possible delicte de danys,<\/strong>\u00a0i va quedar\u00a0en llibertat despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest tr\u00e0mit a l&#8217;espera de judici.
